A lot of people suck at what they do so do...
In a lot of projects that I’ve participated in I’ve worked with a lot of no-good-assholes. They think they’re big shots and know everything but when it’s time to really do something they just get out of the way. Not in a good way. A lot of times I like people to stay out of the way - most people anyway. Because most people suck at what they do.

Go with what works or shut up
Many times you’ll get advice from people on a number of topics. How to diet to burn fat or how to invest in real estate or stocks. Most of the time they’re wrong because they haven’t done it themselves. They’ve just heard it from somewhere and are paraphrasing. They mean well but eventually just want to boost their egos. Wonderful people.
